We work as an application partner, not only a ribbon supplier. This support model reduces trial cost, production risk and repeat troubleshooting.
Confirm the right product before committing inventory or production.
Production is controlled and traceable so every batch behaves consistently.
We stay involved after the first shipment and help improve long-term performance.
Common questions from distributors, printers, manufacturers and brand owners.
Wax ribbons are economical for paper labels and general logistics. Hybrid ribbons balance cost with better scratch and moisture resistance for coated and synthetic paper. Resin ribbons provide the highest durability for PET, PVC, chemical, high-temperature, outdoor and long-life identification. We recommend based on label material, printer and operating environment.
Share the label material, printer model, application, required durability, width, length and core size. In general, paper labels use wax, coated tags use hybrid, synthetic labels use resin, fabric care labels use wash-care resin and flexible packaging uses TTO ribbon. We validate the final choice with samples before bulk production.
Yes. Ribbon grade, ink side, roll direction, core size and custom dimensions can be matched to Zebra, SATO, Honeywell, TSC, Datamax, Godex, Argox, Postek, Brady, cab, Markem-Imaje, Videojet, Domino, Linx and other major printers and coders.
Yes. We provide free A4-size samples and compatible sample rolls for application testing. Standard sample production is normally 3-5 days, while colour, TTO, custom and OEM samples may take slightly longer. We also provide printer parameter guidance for your test.
Standard widths include 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 and 110 mm. Standard lengths include 74, 90, 300 and 450 m. TTO standards include 33, 55 and 77 mm by 450 or 600 m. Custom widths range from 20 to 220 mm and lengths from 70 to 600 m. Cores of 0.5, 1 and 1.5 inches are available.
Yes. We support custom formulations, custom sizes, custom Pantone colours, private label cores, packaging and part numbers, plus neutral packaging for distributors. OEM and private label projects usually require 100 rolls per specification.
Standard stock sizes can start from 10 rolls for a small trial order. Custom sizes, colours and OEM projects normally require 100 rolls per specification. We recommend starting with samples or a small trial order before committing to a bulk shipment.
Common stock sizes are normally dispatched in 2-3 days. Standard wax and hybrid orders are usually 5-7 days, resin and TTO 7-10 days, colour ribbons 10-15 days, OEM private label 10-15 days and custom formulations 15-25 days. Rush orders may be available for qualified requirements.
We ship by express, air or sea and can deliver to your forwarder. For new clients we typically use T/T 100% in advance. Established clients can use 30% deposit with 70% before shipment. Trade Assurance, L/C for large orders and PayPal for small samples are also accepted.
Raw materials pass IQC before production. Coating, ink adhesion and tension are monitored during production, and every finished lot is tested for print density, barcode grade, scratch resistance and printer compatibility. Rolls are visually inspected and retention samples are kept for two years for traceability.
ISO 9001:2015, RoHS 2.0, REACH, SGS, halogen-free and MSDS are available. FDA-compliant formulations are available for food-contact applications and FSC-certified label materials are available on request. We provide required documents for vendor qualification and customs processes.
Our technical team first troubleshoots the issue, including print settings and label compatibility. If the product is not suitable, we recommend an alternative formulation for testing. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge. This is why we always recommend a sample test before the first bulk order.
Ribbons have a two-year quality guarantee from manufacturing when stored in original packaging at 5-35 C and 30-70% relative humidity, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Follow the same conditions for unopened cartons to maintain consistent performance.
