Website inquiries and technical information
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number and message. We use it to respond to your request and maintain relevant business correspondence. An inquiry is retained in a private website record and may be sent through our email provider. Website hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Inquiry source information
When enabled, our inquiry source feature uses browser session storage to remember an entry-page path, an external referring hostname and campaign parameters for up to 30 minutes. These details and the submission-page path may accompany an inquiry. It does not retain the full external referring URL. Browser storage may be unavailable or cleared; missing source information is not treated as proof of a search or AI referral. This feature does not attempt to identify individual Google searchers.
Google data accessed by Colorfulttr SEO
With an authorized administrator’s consent, Colorfulttr SEO uses the Google Search Console read-only permission to retrieve verified-site information and search performance reports, including page URLs, queries, clicks, impressions and average positions. We use these reports for internal website analysis and content improvement. The integration stores OAuth credentials and refresh tokens in restricted administrative storage so that authorized requests can continue without asking for a password each time. Retrieved reports may be retained in our administrative website database. Google account passwords are not required by this integration.
Use and sharing of Google data
Google Search Console reports and authorization credentials are not displayed to website visitors. Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers needed to host, maintain and secure the integration. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or transfer it to train generalized AI models. The current Search Console integration does not send these reports or credentials to article-generation providers. Any future use involving additional data or recipients requires updated disclosures and, where required, renewed consent.
Colorfulttr SEO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage, retention and deletion
Data is kept in our website database, administrative storage and relevant backups according to its business or technical purpose. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion interval. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information or application data. We will assess the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle ends.
Administrators can revoke Google access at Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval but does not automatically erase previously retained reports; contact us to request their removal.
Service providers and changes
Hosting, email and Google services may process information outside your country. Contact us for questions about processing arrangements. Links to external messaging or other services are governed by those providers’ own policies. We update this page when data practices change.
